Pravin Chandra
COO
A Brainiac, Pravin has around 23 years of experience in IT industry – worked with MNCs such as Infosys, Accenture, Wipro and in Financial Services sector with an overall ten years experience of Onsite Client Facing experience through global assignments. He has successfully managed large customer accounts with multiple projects – development & support (AD and AMS) and testing in managed services delivery/ fixed price, T & M and fixed capacity models in a multi-vendor and multi-geo environment.He has worked/overseen various technologies including the custom-built legacy MF/Client-Server .net and J2EE technologies and off the shelf products including SAP, Progress Savvion, Siebel and Oracle Financials, BI/DW technologies in the areas of Application Development, Maintenance and Support (AMS) and Testing.
He brings both customer-facing and Global Delivery experience (in leadership roles) across the value chain, including Client Engagement, Delivery Leadership and Program / Account Management.
He holds Masters and Bachelors degree in computer science from BITS Pilani and is a Stanford Certified Program Manager.

A tech-evangelist, entrepreneur and a hands-on leader – Suresh had led the engineering teams at EA Sports and himself been a co-founder at various start-ups organizations. A hand-on lead-er, he takes immense pride in mentoring teams and building them up from the ground up. Over the last 18 years, he has developed & delivered critical projects across an eclectic array of companies such as Manugistics USA, JDA Software, HCL Technologies, and Electronic Arts. In his most recent assignment prior, he was the head of technology for a medical-devices marketplace. He counts the National College of Software Technology as his alma matter, as he holds a PG Diploma in software development from this prestigious institution.

He’s been a Chief Technology Officer, a Project Director and Country Lead during his career and excelled at each one of them. He has a proven track record in strategic planning for IT solutions and delivery across multiple verticals – Public Sector Education, Energy, Real Estate, Entertainment and Gaming Industry. He’s been a co-founder at a SAAS development start-up that built products and cloud services to better price optimization in the energy sector. A certified chartered account in India, Uma Ramanan also cleared the Uniform CPA examination in Colorado, USA. She has extensively dealt with the subjects of accounting, tax, audit, banking and foreign exchange services for the last decade. Her work includes stints organizations such as Axis Bank and VisionSpring. Attention to details and meticulous in approach Uma has exposure to the entire gamut of including, but not limited to Finance and Operations functions ranging from Procurement, Accounting, Tax & Legal Compliances, Statutory Audits, Budgeting and Year-End Reports. Uma also managed foreign exchange operations that include remittances, imports, SWIFT operations, while liaising with legal and business operations.
